ANNUAL CORPORATE MAINTENANCE SERVICES:

Beginning on the first anniversary of formation, various maintenance services are required to keep your entity in good standing and a yearly meeting must be held with the Minutes prepared as well as the filing of an annual report with the Massachusetts Secretary of State. These are required so a creditor cannot "pierce the corporate veil" of protection.
