Epoch operates several long term nursing facilities in Massachusetts.

In 2008 suit was filed against Epoch in Massachusetts Superior court by Hamill Law office on behalf of an elderly dependant neglect victim alleging multiple counts of Nursing Home Neglect and Wrongful Death. An elderly resident suffered stage lll and lV pressure sores, also called bed sores or decubitis ulcers, a painful and debilitating condition.

Update: March 2010: One month prior to Trial in Middlesex Superior Court Epoch settled the Nursing Home Malpractice claim for a confidential amount.
