Medical Malpractice Fees

Contingency Fee Contract - basically means that you do not pay for our services unless/untill we win your case for you. All Hamill Law Medical Malpractice cases are taken on a contingency basis. There are never any fees or expenses unless we win money for your medical negligence case. Our fees are set by Statute: (a) 40 percent of the first $150,000 recovered, (b) 33 1/3 percent of the next $150,000 recovered, (c) 30 percent of the next $200,000 recovered, and (d) 25 percent of any amount by which the recovery exceeds $500,000.
